"Nature as its is, it's I'm From'' is what our latest brand new addition stands for.
I'm from uses natural ingredients from the Korean nature and is inspired by traditional natural medicines that have been specifically used to relieve various skin problems. The brand has different product lines and today we take a closer look at their Honey mask, Mugwort series and Vitamin Tree Water-Gel.
Honey
Honey mask is a real bestseller worldwide and the mask contains 46.44 grams of natural honey which contributes with deep moisture and nourishment to the skin. Honey is an ingredient that has soothing and antibacterial properties and is an antioxidant that also works on the skin's elasticity, wrinkles and fine lines. The ingredient also contains gluconic acid, which is found naturally in honey and is found in fruits, among other things, and has a mild exfoliating effect on the skin and contributes to clearer skin.
In the mask you will find other ingredients such as snail secretions that work barrier-strengthening and healing and it also gives a plumping effect of the skin.
The antioxidant tocopherol (vitamin E) softens and nourishes the skin. It also contains grapefruit extract which softens the skin and shea butter and beeswax which helps with hydration and counteracts irritation.
Propolis contributes clarity and radiance to the skin.
The mask is free of alcohol and is best applied via the associated spatula. Let the mask work for about 10 minutes and up to an hour. It is then most easily removed with the spatula and then rinsed off with water. You may experience that a thin film is still left on the skin after the mask has been rinsed off, but this is how it should be.
Mugwort
Mugwort Mask contains the herb Mugwort, also known as Artemisia Princeps. It is an herb that comes from the island of Ganghwa. The herb has been used for centuries in Korea and is considered a healing herb as it has mainly been used for its anti-inflammatory properties that work soothing and healing on the skin.
The ingredient mugwort helps, among other things, to be able to reduce stubborn redness, acne and other skin problems such as various rashes. The herb is rich in vitamin C and also has antibacterial and antifungal properties.
It is an ingredient that protects sensitive and acne-prone skin and provides quick relief to skin that is damaged and irritated. The mask has a gel texture and gives a cooling effect on the skin. During the day, the use of sunscreen is recommended.
Other key ingredients are green tea which is a powerful antioxidant and Central Asian which is an ingredient that is widely used in Korean skin care. It works soothingly and anti-inflammatory. It also contains licorice root which works enlightening and soothing pantheol (vitamin b5).
The products in the mugwort series do not contain alcohol, perfume or essential oils
This mask is also best applied with the associated spatula and is most easily removed in the same way and then followed up by rinsing the face with water. The effect time on the mask is about 5-10 minutes. If you are sensitive, use is recommended about 2-3 times a week.
The same series also has a Mugwort sheetmask. The mask is in an essence of the ingredient mugwort and soothes inflamed skin and contributes to a clearer skin. The sheet mask contains a full 91.45% mugwort extract and has a very repairing and soothing effect and is especially suitable for sensitive and acne-prone skin.
The mask consists of thin transparent cell sheets where the essence contributes with immediate effect on the skin and suits all skin types.
We also find an essence that only consists of 1 ingredient, namely 100% mugwort extract! It is a very soothing essence. The texture is light and has a fast absorbency in contact with the skin. It repairs and soothes irritated skin and at the same time deeply moisturizes. Apply with advantage in the hands and gently pat the essence or on a pad to then sweep over the face.
The product can also be used as a moisturizing mask by applying the essence to cotton pads which then apply to selected areas you feel need a little extra care.
Vitamin Tree Water
Vitamin Tree Water-Gel is a moisturizer with a nice cooling gel formula. It contains 68% vitamin leaf extract from trees from Korea's Taebaek Mountains.
It is enriched with moisturizing properties and also has an illuminating effect, which results in a clearer and smoother skin tone. It is suitable for all skin types, but mainly suitable for combination to slightly oily skin that is difficult for heavier products in cream form. Perfect also for those who want a little lighter moisturizer for the summer as it is in gel form and works balancing the skin.
The first ingredient on the list you find is sea buckthorn by another name hippophae rhamnoides extract. Sea buckthorn is a powerful antioxidant and rich in vitamin C that contributes to the glow of the skin and has a smoothing effect. The ingredient has long been used in traditional medicine, including Northeast Asia for various diseases and infections in the body as it has healing properties.
We also find niacinamide (vitamin b3) which is a cell communicative ingredient that has a good effect on enlarged pores. Niacinamide also works to strengthen the barrier and on uneven skin tones.
The mask also contains hyaluronic acid (sodium hyaluronate) which binds moisture and provides long-lasting hydration.
